Outreach

Medical Outreach

In medical terms, outreach is a service that a professional doctor, physician, or nurse provides in a location where it is needed the most, other than where they originally practice. The main motive of medical outreach is to deliver health facilities and services to those rural or remote areas where communities are deprived of such services.

Team of doctors travels to such locations and serve the communities and help them in fighting against their health challenges. People in such areas don’t only face a shortage of medical facilities but they also lack awareness about medical issues and different diseases.

ABOUT OUR Foundation

Blassys Foundation Work

Our focus is to spread awareness and improve hygiene and provide a better chance to access high-quality healthcare to all.  It is encouraging that continuous efforts are making the outreach program bigger with success in connecting patients with doctors in different regions. Created centers where people can easily communicate their problems and health concerns to medical experts and healthcare professionals.

Continuous improving in our medical outreach program as we reach out to those areas where doctors or hospitals are not present or present in a non-operational condition is the target.

Benefits Of Medical Outreach

Outreach services cover a large scope of activities and most importantly it offers closer surveillance of the people. It not only improves the continuum of care but also helps in collecting data about health issues and the status of the remote areas to ensure better healthcare management in that place. The medical outreach program of Blassys foundation targets the population living away from hospitals or health facilities.

It gives us a chance to help those people who can’t help themselves and also inspire the locals and especially youth to practice healthy hygiene and disease preventive measures. The major reason that drives us in strengthening our outreach work is the feeling of supporting and uplifting those people who are in need of healthcare.
