The main motive of medical outreach is to deliver health facilities and services to those rural or remote areas where communities are deprived of such services.
Team of doctors travels to such locations and serve the communities and help them in fighting against their health challenges. People in such areas don’t only face a shortage of medical facilities but they also lack awareness about medical issues and different diseases.
